Yesterday we went out for dinner, but Ricky and I made a good choice. We are finding out that even when you go out, there are good choices out there. We went to a sports bar and had their fish over a salad. It was very good and very filling. Of course no beer and had unsweetened ice tea. I will admit it was tough seeing the burgers go by and seeing the wings and beer. But I just kept reminding myself of how I want to feel and look. That eating those things are eventually going to kill me if I don't change things. So I'm feeling more empowered when I'm able to get through these moments.
So far so good. Let's see what the rest of today holds. :)
WHAT WE'VE EATEN FOR TODAY:
Breakfast: We both had (SS) Oatmeal and QuikStik drinks.
Had water and tea like usual.
Snack: (SS)Snack Puffs - More tea
Lunch: (SS) Bars - More water and tea
Dinner: Tilapia with green beans
Snack: (SS) Shakes - made them into puddings.
Late Snack: Since we didn't have it in the afternoon we had it late night. (SS) Hot chocolate. More tea.
