
Well it's Sunday and nothing really exciting to post about.
I'm going to try to drink more water instead of the Crystal Light tea, since the tea does have calories. I decided to squeeze some fresh lemon juice into it, to make it easier to drink since water is a big problem for me. I'm just not a huge water drinker.
I was going to do the Wii Active today, but I'm just in one of those blah moods today. Just not in the mood. But for sure tomorrow I will do it. Ricky is not feeling that great today either, so we're just going to chill today.
We got a late start to our day, so breakfast did not happen until some time after 10:30 am.
Here's what we've had to eat for today.
BREAKFAST: (SS) Oatmeal and QuikStik Energy Drinks
SNACK: (SS) Bars and tea
LUNCH: We skipped lunch since we got up late and decided to have dinner at 4:30pm. So we have 3 (SS) Snacks we will leave for later.
DINNER: Top Sirloin Steak on the grill with Asparagus (DELICIOUS)
Ricky had tea and I had 3 glasses of water with lemon in it. :)
SNACK: (SS)Bars - Ricky had tea and I had water
SNACK: (SS) Puff Snacks
SNACK: (SS) Hot Chocolate
Just want to note that I use Mrs. Dash spices to season our food I make. I use no salt.
